Shipping Policy
Your Ice Barrel ships through FedEx, UPS or other LTL freight carriers for all orders in the U.S. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
All add-on accessories are shipped together with the Ice Barrel, unless purchased separately. In cases where accessories are purchased separately, they will be dispatched individually through FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the best available service.
Residential homes: Package will be dropped on the property.
Apartments: Package will be left in the designated shipping room or with the front desk, when available. Finding apartments can sometimes be challenging for delivery drivers. Please include as much detail as possible in the “order notes” section during checkout to assist delivery drivers.
Private residences: Package will be left on the property. In instances where access is restricted, the package will be left at the nearest accessible point, such as a gate or with security personnel.
Commercial addresses: Package will be left on the property.
The risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to you at the time of the delivery as specified in this policy. We cannot be liable for a late shipment or delivery caused by a force majeure event.

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy in our sole discretion from time to time and only we have the right to do so. If this policy is changed, we will post the new policy on our website and note the date the policy was last updated. Any changes or modifications will be effective upon posting of the policy as revised, and your purchase of products following the posting will constitute your acceptance of the new policy.
We also reserve the right to refuse or to cancel any order for any other reason in our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, errors or inaccuracies in payment or shipping information, product shipment delays or unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity or information, orders connected with a current or previous credit card or other payment dispute, and orders placed by users in violation of our T&Cs. All orders are subject to product availability, which may change without notice.
Return Policy
If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost.
You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 30% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. Please note that the original shipping cost is not refundable. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.
Accessories and Wears are not eligible for returns. If accessories or wears arrive damaged please contact

Any and all modifications to any products not authorized in writing by Ice Barrel Inc. are not eligible for returns and will be void from warranties.
