Shipping Policy
Most internet orders are processed within 24 hours. All of our orders are fulfilled directly from our warehouse in Thayer, Missouri. Order confirmation, Product availability and shipping tracking number will be provided via email after order is processed. Please note, internet orders received after 12 pm (CST) may not ship the same day.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
FAVORITE RODS WARRANTY INFORMATION (SUMMIT, JACK HAMMER AND RUSH)
Every new Favorite rod is covered by a Limited Original Owner Lifetime Warranty. This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Favorite reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.
The Favorite Limited Original Owner Lifetime Warranty applies to Summit, Jack Hammer and Rush rods and for the original owner only. Favorite reserves the right to repair or to replace the rod for a warranty fee of $50.00, and reserves the right to make that determination. If the rod breaks because of a defect in workmanship or materials, then Favorite will replace or repair the rod for no charge.
Favorite Fishing USA, LLC warranties all Favorite and Powered by Favorite rods for one year for defects in manufacturing and workmanship from the manufacturer. Each rod found to be defective, upon review by the company, will be replace at no cost to the consumer. Freight to return the rod will be borne by the customer, and freight to return a new rod will be borne by Favorite. This rod replacement will be limited to only one replacement rod. The returned rod must be received by Favorite within six months of purchase. Any damage deemed to be caused by the customer will not be eligible for this warranty replacement policy.
