Shipping Policy
DSG ships internationally and has a warehouse located in Madison, WI. All in-stock items ship within 1-5 business days from the purchase date, though shipping times may be longer over the holidays. All shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart, with options for Ground, Two-Day, or Overnight shipping. For special shipping requests, please contact us at 608-665-0303. We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Spee-Dee Delivery for shipping. Express shipments (including two-day and overnight options) are collected at 11 a.m. Central Time. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. If it's close to the deadline, please call to confirm if the pickup has occurred for the day. Express shipments are delivered Monday through Friday and are not available on weekends.
Return Policy
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. However, purchases made during the holiday season (November 29 - December 24) may be returned or exchanged up to January 24. All returns and exchanges must have original tags attached, be unworn, and suitable for resale. Boots and heated gear must be returned in their original box and shipped inside an additional box to protect the packaging; shipping labels should not be attached directly to the DSG box. DSG Outerwear reserves the right to adjust the return amount. Returns or exchanges will only be approved if the "Returns and Exchange Policy" requirements are met.
If an item is found to be worn, damaged, or dirty, DSG Outerwear may charge a $10 non-refundable cleaning/restocking fee or return the product to the sender without a refund. Items returned for a refund are subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which is deducted from the refund amount. For example, if the item’s purchase price (after any discounts) is $190, the refund will be $180. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, and order protection charges are also not eligible for a refund.
Any free promotional items received with the original order must be returned along with the item (e.g., "Free socks with any boot purchase"). If promotional items are not returned, the refund will be adjusted by deducting the normal retail value of the free item. For items purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer directly unless there is a warranty or manufacturing issue, as DSG Outerwear cannot process refunds for such items.
