Payment and Shipping Instructions:
NO Shipments will be made outside of the United States. WE DO NOT SHIP GUNS TO PO BOXES.
Shipping for long guns is a flat rate of $40.00 due to size, weight, handling & packing. Long Guns are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation within 2-3 business days of receiving BOTH payment and FFL. Insurance is additional. If you would like your gun shipped in a hard plastic case, please add $20.00.
Shipping for handguns is the actual shipping cost. Handguns are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation within 2-5 business days of receiving BOTH payment and FFL. Insurance is extra. Most handguns can be shipped for $10 in a flat rate box.
UPS and FedEx shipping are also available.
Return Policy
Please be aware that all returns are subject to Bass and Bucks Inc.’s Return Conditions. Items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included. No returns after 10 days for any reason. If you have return inquires more than 10 days after receipt, please contact the manufacturer directly for possible repair or replacement. All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once complete, follow the provided return instructions and return the merchandise soon as possible. Please note that your RMA number is only active for 10 days from the date of submission, so don't delay!
Bass and Bucks Inc will not accept returns without a return authorization. The order number/RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the package upon return. Returned packages should be wrapped or boxed and shipped in such a way that the merchandise will be in resaleable condition upon return. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the merchandise if the merchandise does not arrive in resalable condition. Whether or not an item is in resalable condition will be at Bass and Buck Inc.'s discretion. Do not write on any merchandise or its packaging.
Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE; however, if the mistake is ours, we will cover the cost of shipping.
Restocking fees may apply to any item. The maximum restocking fee is 20% or $20.00 minimum at Bass and Bucks Inc.’s discretion.
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, other than the warranties supplied by the manufacturers of the products we offer for resale. Defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer. We do not have the ability to make repairs. We will not accept the return of any firearm for which a Form 4473 has been completed and accepted at the transferring dealer. Therefore, If you have purchased a firearm, please be aware that ALL firearms that are accepted at your transferring dealer are "FINAL" and cannot be returned. Please inspect your new firearm(s) at the dealer BEFORE ACCEPTING TRANSFER. Your signature on a Form 4473 will serve as verification of receipt and that you understand the sale is final at that point.
