Shipping Policy
Once your order has been processed and we have received your cleared payment, your item will be shipped from Aimpoint Inc, 7309 Gateway Court, Manassas, Virginia 20109 USA. Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST) excluding holidays. Standard handling and processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12 pm EST will be processed the same day.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund minus shipping costs. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. All items must be returned in NEW Condition in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents including instruction manuals, accessories, and packing inserts.
Merchandise missing the original Serial number cannot be returned. Aimpoint tracks all serial numbers and will match the serial number on the returned item to the serial number on the original sale. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
To return an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested through your Everest account. Upon completion, print and attach the RMA Tag to the outside of the box and return the merchandise within 10 business days to ensure that your exchange or refund is processed in a timely fashion.
